Preventstroke.ca is a database driven web site developed by the The Prevent Stroke Team, under the auspices of the Health Nexus (formerly OPC) and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC). The aforementioned organizations do not collect any information about the identity of individuals searching our site, nor do we collect any information about specific browser activity. We may, periodically, collect statistical information through a log file which indicates which pages were visited and how frequently. This information is analyzed to help us develop content that will help meet the needs of the health care providers and the general public of Ontario. Prevent Stroke, Health Nexus, and MOHLTC do not disclose, give or sell any personal information about visitors to our site.
